When you created the mega menu, if you want to add this mega menu to the header or link to the main menu, please follow this step:
Go to Admin -> Appearance -> Menus -> Screen Options -> Select Mega Menus
In the Add menu items -> Select Mega Menu -> Select the Mega menu you want to show or link. Then Drag and drop to the location you want -> Save Change to save
