Custom Fields (Jobs)
If you want to add more options to the new jobs. You can add the following options: Text; Url; Text Multiple Line; Select; Checkbox list; or Radio from your form submit in jobs.
Go to your WordPress Admin -> Civi -> Theme Options.
Click Custom Feilds ( Jobs ), then enter a label and select the option.
