# Automatically publish the submitted job/company

This option will help you manage your job and company postings. You can set up auto-post without approval or choose pre-approval:

1. Go to **Admin Dashboard** -> **Civi** -> **Theme Options** -> **Jobs/Company Setting**.

2\. Next, Find the **tab Jobs/Company Submit** -> Select " **Yes** " If you want to auto-publish submit job/company. Select " **No** "  if you want the job/company to be in pending status.

3. Go to **Admin Dashboard** -> **Civi** -> **Theme Options** -> **Payment -> Paid Submission Type -> Select Free Submit**.
