# Step 4 - Import Demo Data

## Importing Demo Content

**Step 1:** Go to Golo Dashboard

**Step 2:** Click button **"Import Demo Data"**

If you click the "Install Sample Data" button and get the following error: *The PHP max execution time currently is 30. We recommend setting PHP max execution time to at least 300.* &#x20;

**Step 3**: Choose a demo that you want to import. Click the button **"Import"**

**Step 4:** Click button **"Continue"** and prepare 1 cup of coffee to wait :)

**Step 6:** Click the button **"Refresh Data"** to reload all data your site
