# Import Demo V2

## Importing Demo Content

**Step 1:** Go to Golo Dashboard

**Step 2:** Click button **"Import Demo Data"**

If you click the "Install Sample Data" button and get the following error: *The PHP max execution time currently is 30. We recommend setting PHP max execution time to at least 300.* &#x20;

**Step 3**: Choose a demo that you want to import. Click the button **"Import"**

**Step 4:** Click "Continue & Import" and wait for the process to complete.

After importing this demo, please go to Settings > Permalinks and click "Save Changes" to update your permalink structure.
