Click 'Publish' to save your changes to the Footer (or Header).
In the admin dashboard, click 'Customize' under Appearance.
Click Header or Footer
Under Header Type (or Footer Type), choose the Header or Footer you created. Then click 'Publish'.

There is Elementor Editor, you can edit Logo, menu, social..for footer.
