# Room Amenities

### Create new amenities

To create new amenities, please navigate to **Rooms > Amenities** in the left sidebar. Now you can start adding specific information about the Amenities Item in the fields data section below:

**Name:** insert the name is how it appears on your site.

**Slug:** The “slug” is the URL-friendly version of the name. It is usually all lowercase and contains only letters, numbers, and hyphens (optional)

**Parent Room Amenities:** Assign a parent term to create a hierarchy.

**Icon Image:** Add an icon for the Amenities.

After completing all the necessary fields, click on the "**Add New Amenities**" button.
