# Place type

Create and manage place type.

### Create new Place Type

To create a new Place Type, please navigate to **Place > Place Type** in the left sidebar. Top the list of Place Type. Click "**Add Place Type"** button.

In the Popup, choose from the following options:

**Name:** Enter the name of the place type.

**Category:** Select a parent Category for place type.

After completing all the necessary fields, click on the "**Add**" button.
