Customer Contact

You can use email or SMS to build relationships with your customers in your store. Customers will receive notification orders, and shipping by email or SMS

Steps:

1. From your Shopify Admin, go to Settings -> Checkout and accounts.

2. For Customer account method, choose Phone number or email/ Email.

3. Click Save.
