Tour management

Vendors create and manage tours (trips) through a guided, step-by-step Create Trip experience on the front end, without using the WordPress admin.

For site owners

  • In Togo Marketplace settings, choose the Create New Trip Page.

  • Edit that page in Elementor and add the Create Trip widget (category: Marketplace).

  • In the widget, you can:

    • Choose which fields are required (title, destination, gallery, itinerary, policies, etc.).

    • Set the post status for new submissions (for example Pending so you approve tours before they go live).

  • Assign My Tour Page in settings and place the Tour List (or theme equivalent) widget so vendors see and manage their listings.

For vendors

  • Open your Create Trip page and complete each step: basic info, itinerary, photos/video, extra options, review, and publish.

  • Save drafts and submit when ready; if the site is set to moderation, wait for admin approval.

  • Edit existing tours from My tours (or the page your site uses for the tour list).
