# Review manager

Customer reviews are stored as review content linked to trips. Vendors see reviews for their tours in one place, can reply where the UI allows, and may report inappropriate content depending on widget options.

For site owners

* Add the Reviews widget to the vendor area.
* Define moderation rules.

For vendors

* Read new feedback, respond professionally, and use insights to improve tours.
* Vendor profile ratings can sync when reviews are saved.
