Schedule & Pricing

📌 In Togo, a “Package” is used to:
Offer multiple choices within the same tour product
Customize pricing and included services based on customer needs
Manage separate availability and capacities for each option (e.g., Package C runs only on weekends)
✅ When should you create multiple packages?
When you offer different versions of a tour (with or without add-on services)
When you want to separate pricing tiers based on service level (e.g., economy vs premium)
When you aim to target different customer segments with the same core tour

This screen allows you to set the pricing and availability schedule for a tour package. You can define how much each traveler type pays, when these prices apply, and whether any promotional pricing is used.
🔹 1. When does your schedule start?
Start Date (required): The date from which the prices become active.
End Date (optional): If left blank, the pricing will remain in effect indefinitely.
✅ Use this to create seasonal pricing, or schedule price changes in advance.
🔹 2. Pricing Section
Enable Tiered Pricing (optional checkbox): Use this if you want to set different prices based on group size or number of travelers (e.g., cheaper per person for groups of 5+).
Leave it unchecked for simple flat-rate pricing.
Regular Price (required): Set the default full price for each traveler type:
Adult
Children
Infant
Sale Price (optional): If you want to offer a discount, enter a lower price here. It will display as a promotion on your product.
💡 Leave Sale Price empty if there is no discount during this schedule.
🔹 3. Select the days these prices apply (required)
Choose which days of the week the prices should be valid:
Example: select only Saturday and Sunday if this is a weekend-only rate.
🔹 4. Add the times when these prices apply (required)
Click “Add Time” to enter one or more departure times or start times for this pricing schedule.
⏰ This defines exactly when the customer can book this package at the specified prices.
🔳 Final Step: Click Create a schedule
Once all fields are filled, click “Create a schedule” to save and activate the pricing rule.

For each day selected above, you must now specify time slots during which this pricing applies.

Set the departure time(s) for when this pricing should be available.
