• Pricing Type:

  • Per person: Set pricing based on the number of people per booking.

  • Per group: Set group-based pricing with a fixed rate per group.

• Trip time:

  • Start times: Your experience begins at a set time. Example: You offer a morning tour at 9am and an afternoon tour at 3pm.

  • Opening hours: Travelers can access your experience at any point during the opening hours. Example: Your ticket admits to a museum that is open between 9am and 5pm.

  • Many days: Your experience starts at a fixed time and continues over several days. For example, you offer a 3-day, 2-night tour that departs at 8am.

• Duration:

  • Start times and Opening hours: Hours and Minutes

  • Many days: Days and Nights

• Minimum Travelers: Minimum number of people allowed on the trip

• Maximum Travelers: Maximum number of people allowed on the trip

• Enable Min and Max Guests: Set the minimum and maximum number of participants allowed per tour booking.

• Enable Cancellation Time: Enable the free cancellation feature and specify the time (in hours) before the tour start time during which cancellations are allowed at no charge.

• Enable Customer Fields: Allow adding and displaying custom fields for users to enter information for each guest on the trip during checkout.

• Customer Fields: Select the custom fields to display on the checkout page (Enable Customer Fields must be turned on). You can add and modify fields in Appearance > Customize > Trip > Single Trip > Customer Information Fields.
