Please follow these steps:
Make sure the Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce plugin is installed.
Go to Woo Pricing & Discounts => Pricing => Add New
3. Make sure the Mode option is Bulk
4. Set discount rules at Quantities and a list of products with discounts at Discounted products
