Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the **Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce** plugin is installed.
2. Go to Woo Pricing & Discounts => Pricing => Add New

3\. Make sure the Mode option is Bulk

4\. Set discount rules at Quantities and a list of products with discounts at Discounted products
